Mini-Pencil buffing stone ideal for steel constructed tyres. Buffing stone is used to remove all loose steel wire around a tyre injury. Stone is aluminum oxide hardbound 60-grit, mounted on steel shafts. 7/16″, 10.5mm, mounted on a 1/8″, 3mm shaft. Max RPM 30,000.
